Steven F. Aronson is a founding partner of Aronson & Gelman, Inc.  He is a Certified Public Accountant with over twelve years of diverse experience in public and corporate accounting, specializing in public for the past nine years.  For the past seven years he has had his own practice and has successfully assisted over two thousand individuals and business owners in maximizing their refunds and limiting their tax liabilities while advising clients how to run their business most effectively.  Steve works and listens very closely to his clients to help devise better accounting and business systems to run their organizations.  Steve's specialty is in tax planning and management consulting services where communication and implementation of necessary systems is the absolute key to achieving success in any long-term business strategy. 

Robert S. Gelman, CPA

Robert S. Gelman, a founding partner of Aronson & Gelman, Inc. is a Certified Public Accountant drawing upon ten years of public accounting experience specializing in accounting, auditing and tax services to businesses and individuals. By adhering to industry standards and particular attention to detail at interim reporting periods, he is able to effectively meet goals and objectives for both the owners and users of the financial information.  Working with a variety of clients and business professionals in the local community, Robert is able to transmit the image your business reflects accurately, timely, cost effectively, and efficiently. In addition to various other professional qualifications, he has extensive knowledge in technical systems consulting. This combination enables clients to benefit from both accounting and systems crossovers more prevalent in today's businesses. From systems first-aid to design and implementation, Robert can work with your staff and existing systems to pinpoint the exact needs of a growing business.  Robert S. Gelman's experience also extends to representation before the Internal Revenue Service as an authorized representative enabling clients to benefit from first-hand experience and the relief of many anxieties that usually accompany revenue situations. Ross A. Posner, CPA

Ross A. Posner is a Certified Public Accountant with over seven years of diverse experience in public accounting.  Ross specializes in auditing, taxes, and servicing the needs of various businesses of all sizes including not-for-profits, manufacturing, real estate, and consulting.  Ross recently joined Aronson & Gelman, Inc. after over seven years with two large accounting firms in Chicago, where he serviced clients between five and fifty million dollars in revenues and was involved in the management of major assignments.
